Dear All,

The program was sent to the UKR Mission at the HQ. Most probably there it
was translated into English. I got it from LTC Dycha. This draft was sent
to the ADC.
My intention is to try and incorporate all changes and present the really
final draft (not to include some changes and after some time - some more
changes). It is not professional to make changes to the very end before
arrival of DGIMS at the airport.

The UKR General Staff had suggested to the NIDC an interview with the
DGIMS (military media/journalist) on 10 April before the dinner. Because
at this time (16.20 - 18.30)there will be recording of another TV
interview with him for the "Security factor" and a meeting with Gen
Holopatiuk and Col Postrybailo, my suggestion is to have this second
interview on 11 April in the slot (11.30 - 11.50) which was intended for
press conference that was cancelled at the end. What do you think about
that?

Please, specify the separate timing for the meeting with Gen Holopatiuk
and the TV interview in the period, i.e. 16.40 - 17.00 - TV interview;
17.00 - 17.40 - meeting.

Best regards,

Dimiter
